Golf Oudenaarde is located in the heart of the "Flemish Ardennes".

The municipality of Flemish Ardennes Oudenaarde is well known above all for its cultural wealth, its collection of tapestries (the famous Verdures of Oudenaarde), and the splendid silver museum.
In East Flanders, Oudenaarde is second only to Gent in the richness of its monuments. Worthy of mention are the famous town hall, Saint Walburga's church, the Church of Our Lady of Pamele, the Boudewijn gate, the home of Margaret of Parma, the Beguinage, and more.

The town of Oudenaarde features attractive walks and cycle routes that form part of the Flemish Ardennes' network of cycle paths. The cycling network provides 830 km of safe cycling along the prettiest and quietest of roads. Maps and routes can be obtained at the tourist office in the town hall and from the Ronde Van Vlaanderen cycling museum.
Fort Kezel is a hidden fort located on the slopes of the Edelareberg hill. The archaeological site of Ename and the PAM museum at Ename are famous far beyond Belgium's borders. The surrounding communities of Ename, Edelare, Leupegem and Mullem provide an attractive backdrop for a pleasant stay.
Moreover, the area around Oudenaarde and Kluisbergen is the heart of the classic "Tour of Flanders' cycling race; near the golf club on the far bank of the river Scheldt lies the infamous Koppenberg (of which a beautiful view can be had from hole 9 on the Anker course).
